Self check-in means that guests can access the listing using a key lockbox any time after the designated check-in time on their arrival date.
Few days before your arrival date, you will receive the codes.
Check in is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival.
We ask that you please vacate your room by 10.00am on the morning of departure.
Full payment of the reservation will be debited from the valid credit, debit or charge card provided at the time of booking or shortly after.
In the event of a cancellation:
For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing’s local check in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
A “substantial change” means a change of date, a change to duration of stay or a reduction in the number of rooms by 25% or more of the rooms originally booked.
Any substantial change to or cancellation of a booking must be notified verbally and then in writing. Notice of cancellation or substantial change will only be effective on the working day that it is received in writing. A working day is any day Monday to Friday other than bank and public holidays.
Where any change or cancellation changes the number of group members, we will recalculate the cost of the arrangements and re-invoice you accordingly.
We send refunds immediately upon cancellation and they usually show up within 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they reflect on the original payment method. In some countries, such as Brazil and India, it can take up to 2 months for the refund to arrive.
Please take care of our home and properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur especially if you accidentally spill something – it’s much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant.
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, is NOT permitted within any part of the establishment, except in designated areas (terrace).
Any party that happens without the knowledge or consent of the host is prohibited. Guests who throw unauthorized parties are subject to suspension or removal.
